North American Sales Manager Minnesota
Salary: 200-250K+
• Drive a team of Consultative Sales Professionals.
• Generate new business with customers who value creative solutions and provide synergistic production alternatives, along with long term programs.
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships.
• Impact ROI by managing collective business portfolio including gross margins, inventory turns, and production capacity utilization.
• Develop and utilize business metrics to review steer area performance.
• Manage and maximize new business lead opportunities.
• Responsible for Sales results North America including Mexico and Canada through.
• Distribution and Secondary Manufacturing Operations.
Desired Skills and Experience
• Must have a four year undergraduate degree - Business related preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years sales management experience.
• Must have successfully managed an outside sales team, supported by an inside sales Group.
• Must have a track record of successfully managing and establishing long-term B2B customer relationships to industrial markets such as wood products- hardwood lumber preferred.
• Must enjoy treating customers like partners and desire to leverage resources to support that partnership, while maximizing total return.
• Experience utilizing CRM tools such as Sales Force a strong plus.
• Export experience a plus, Latin America including Mexico a strong plus.
• 25-30% travel.
Successful candidate to office out of Minnesota reporting to a divisional General Manager.
Compensation
Salary: 200K - 250K+
