We are presently recruiting for a Mill Maintenance Supervisor to work for our client at their Chipman, NB location.

Responsibilities for this position include the supervision of Industrial mechanics and welders in a mill setting, the training and development of apprentices, scheduling and preparing work orders, assisting with parts and inventory control, payroll, and preparing and submitting daily and weekly reports.  Commitment to top performance in a safe work environment is necessary.

Previous supervisory experience and mechanical knowledge are essential.  Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and JD Edwards are an asset.  Applicants should possess the ability to prioritize tasks to consistently meet deadlines.
