Company Description:
The employer is a private forest products company with Pulp, Paper and Lumber manufacturing plants. Their primary lumber mill is a softwood lumber mill in New Brunswick that produces dimension lumber and studs for residential and commercial construction applications.
Job Description:
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this position will be responsible for setting up and managing the maintenance planning, and also manage a crew of tradespeople who perform the maintenance duties (Millwrights, Electricians, saw filers etc)
Requirements:
- Relevant education background. (Trades or Engineer)
- Experience in similar duties
- Adequate background in the lumber industry, or any other heavy industry with similar equipment (forest products, materials handling, paper, construction materials etc)
