Responsibilities

This position is responsible for all aspects of facility maintenance and maintenance personnel.  This includes supervising maintenance personnel, safety, training, personnel development, planning and scheduling, budgeting and cost management and supervising the installation, repair and maintenance of all equipment.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: Essential qualifications include a minimum of five years maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment. Successful candidate must have excellent skills and abilities in preventive and predictive maintenance systems, project management, organization and problem solving skills, as well as impeccable follow-through. Required competencies are: individual leadership, adaptability, safety awareness, coaching, problem solving and ability to facilitate change through continuous improvement. Must possess good organization, planning and communication skills. Must possess leadership skills relating to coaching and counseling, promoting a culture that supports an environment of total quality. 

Preferred Qualifications: Electrical maintenance skills in a manufacturing environment a plus.
