ENGINEERING AND MANUFACTURING DIVISION - PULP AND PAPER PRODUCTS 

Our client is a top global paper products manufacturer and we are looking for a talented and energetic maintenance planner to join the team in Chattanooga, TN.

The company is expanding nationwide and we just completed the installation of state-of-the-art equipment in our new facility in Tennessee.

The company is stable, highly profitable, and rapidly growing through 2017.  We would like to hire a candidate with a hands-on approach, high energy, and extremely motivated to become a maintenance supervisor over the next 2 years. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

* Scheduling and Planning of maintenance actions.
* Overseeing contractors 
* Write schedules, partner with the maintenance supervisor and superintendent to ensure proper work reports and product deliveries 
* Work with contractors and technicians to manage projects and manage work flow. 

Requirements: 

* 5 years of maintenance planning experience in a pulp and paper, packaging, or any paper products manufacturing plant. 
* BS degree in engineering is highly preferred 
* SAP, CMMS, and strong technical skills are required. 
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
