Job Description:
As the Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for:
  • Coordinating and organizing shutdowns
  • Producing work orders and organizing the use of outside contractors
  • Ordering parts
  • Ensuring machinery is properly maintained and running at optimal levels
  • Maintaining and revising the preventative maintenance specifications

Job Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in maintenance administration
  • 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or forestry environment
  • Ability to multi-task and strong organizational skills
  • CMMS software platform
  • Microsoft Office suite
  • Associates degree or vocational certificate in manufacturing operations
  • Millwright or Electrician background
  • Process planning or scheduling training experience
  • Knowledge of MP2/EAM or other administration system experience

Compensation:

• $70-87K
• 2-3 weeks of vacation
