Forestry Employment: Maintenance Development Lead

Job Requirements:

• Experienced in Teams and Program Development, Scheduling, continuous improvement and goal planning and achievements

• Experienced within Unionized Forestry Manufacturing Environments - Sawmill and/or Planermill strongly preferred

• Appropriate Educational Degree – Wood Sciences Preferred

• Demonstrated Excellence in the areas of Leadership, Team Building, Safety and Continuous Improvement

• Strong Knowledge base in business and labour concepts

• Strong Proficiency analyzing and presenting data to reach and maintain demonstrated goals

• Strong Computer Skills

• Willingness and understanding of 24 hr availability per the position requirements
