Supertech Designs Ltd. at unit-105-8250, 124 Street in Surrey, BC is hiring a Machinist for full time and permanent position.

Duties would be to shape up wooden material using manual lathe and CNC machines.

Read and interpret drawings and designs to fabricate desired design.

Set up and operate various machine tools such as CNC, manual lathe, sawing machines and griding machines to fabriacate desired item.

Grind the railings , mouldings or other wood surface and other items using manual or motorised machines.

Measure and verify dimensions of final product for accuracy and specifications.

Minimum education: completion of high school is required. Any trade program or training as a machinist is an asset.

Minimum experience of 3 years as machinist is required.

Must be well versed with manual lathe and CNC machines and other machine tools.

Minimum work of 40 hrs/week will be given.  2 Days off per week .

Compensation

Salary of $33.50 per hour.
