Lumber Grader (Forestry, Logging & Mill Operations)

We are currently seeking a Lumber Grader in our Port Moody sawmill. 

Holding a valid Lumber Grading certificate, the Lumber Grader will inspect and grade lumber to identify defects ensuring conformance to Company specifications and classify products according to industry standards.

The successful candidates will have

• Previous sawmill and cedar grading experience.
• Ability to work in a demanding, high paced production environment.
• Safety conscious attitude.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to effectively participate in a team environment.
• Tallyman and shipping experience will be an asset.

Shift work is required, subject to the production and maintenance requirements of the operation.  A valid BC Driver's license and reliable transportation is required.
