Our client, a lumber distributor, is looking for an Inventory Coordinator to support the sales and coordination of shipments for the company.
This is a permanent and full-time opportunity with a leader in the forestry product distribution industry.
The successful incumbent will have the opportunity to utilize various skills in inventory control, communications, sales, administration and coordination.

Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining Inventory pricing
- Maintaining inventory control
- Perform daily inventory investigations & audits
- Coordinate inventory counts when required
- Monthly inventory tracking and reconciliations
- Cost allocation of completed products
- Order entries of purchases and sales
- Preparing custom documentation/invoicing
- Invoicing and receiving of inventory
- Process returns and credits
- Coordinate shipments
- Ensuring efficiency in deliveries
- Create custom documentation for shipments crossing between Canadian/US boarders
- Distribute and prepare various metric reporting
- Performs other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Qualifications and Experience
- Two plus years experience in coordination, inventory control, or customer service
- Ideally experience with the lumber industry
- Very strong in MS Office suite
- Strong math skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent customer service skills
Minimum Education: Diploma

Compensation
Salary: $36,000.00/Annually
