A sawmill in Richmond is currently seeking a full time electrician to join the team!
The electrician will be repsonsible for troubleshooting and repairing large industrial machines. Electricans will working on machines such as dryers, barkers, lathes, presses, conveyors, pumps, bearings,and hydraulics.
Job Qualifications:
-5+ years' experience as an industrial electrician
-3+ years with PLC troubleshooting and basic programming
-Red Seal Status
-ability to work graveyard/afternoon
*asset: experience with hydraulics, alignment, conveyor experience
Ideal Industry: Sawmills, Pulp and Paper
Selling factors: Steady full time work with opportunity to work OT.
Rarely laid people off as their business is consistent unlike manufacturing plants.
