HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

Duties (include but not limited to):

• Maintain policy.
• Directs and coordinates HR activities such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, and training and employee services.
• Coordinate recruitment & selection, develops & implement performance management system.
• Ensure all EE records are maintained, counsel Managers, Supervisors and Employees in disciplinary actions, manage group benefits, and advise on Personnel Policy.
• Implementation of Drug and Alcohol Policy.

Qualifications:

• Relevant post-secondary education or a combination of training and experience will also be considered.
• Experience in HR preferably in a non-profit or government –type organization.
• Experience working with diverse personalities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Must be a team player and be able to work independently, often with minimal supervision.
