We are looking for a Hardwood Lumber Yard Supervisor in Wisconsin. 

Hardwood Lumber Yard Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Safety focused

• Green lumber receiving

• Managing 10-20 people

• Quality control & Inventory control

• Ability to operate and monitor dry kilns

• Lumber grading and stacking experience 

• Air drying yard and staging lumber for kilns 

Hardwood Lumber Yard Supervisor Requirements:

• Strong leadership experience in a concentration yard environment

• Hardwood lumber drying experience are preferred.

• Majority of work is completed outdoors

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to manage employees.

Compensation

Starting base salary: $45,000 - $60,000 / year
