Positions are full-time with potential to get hired permanently with the company, which provides opportunities to grow and advance. There is also opportunities to receive pay raises based on job performance and tenure.

Job Description:

• Arranging lumber boards on the production line
• Loading lumber boards accordingly for preparation
• Identifying any defects on lumber such as knots, holes, pitch pockets, splits, and missing pieces on the edges.
• Processing lumber boards to the next production station

Job Requirements:

• Comfortable with repetitive heavy lifting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Must be at least 18
• Must be able to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours
