Job Description:

Seasonal/Temporary Position.  Forestry Technician working with field crews for a Forestry Consultant.  Completing tasks laid out by Forester for day to day activities.

May include:

• spraying herbicide
• assisting in aerial herbicide applications
• supervising immigrant laborers

Good position for a person/student seeking experience in career field of Forestry/Wildlife.

May 15, 2018 to November 15, 2018.

Required Education:

none required.  Prefer student in or someone interested in Forestry/Wildlife curriculum.

Skills:

Able to complete physical labor & work outside.  Travel required.

Compensation

Salary: $10 to $14 per hour. Long work weeks. Compensation falls within Seasonal Agricultural Worker guidelines.
