Forestry Resource Procurement Analyst (Forestry, Logging & Mill Operations)

SC Rakau is seeking a Forestry Resource Procurement Analyst. This position will require the applicant to manage forest resources acquired by the company and manage exports to China. The position will also require the applicant to evaluate new forest resources in New Zealand for potential acquisition.

To be successful you will have:

The applicant must have at least 3 years' experience with international trade in forestry and timber products and at least one year of experience doing forest resource management/sales in New Zealand. The applicant must be fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English. The applicant must have strong working knowledge of the timber product market in China . A strong understanding of logistics and shipping to and within China would be helpful.
