SBS Forestry Inc. is a well-established forest consulting company operating out of Prince George, British Columbia. We are currently seeking Forest Technicians for our upcoming 2018 field season. 

Forest Technicians: Start Date - May 7th, 2018 

Qualifications: High physical stamina and able to persevere in adverse conditions; reliable; bias for results; works well in a team environment; 

natural resource diploma/degree preferred; driver’s license; no experience necessary. 

Term: Full-time position with seasonal slow down December, January, & February due to weather. If weather is favorable we work through the winter. 

Duties: GPS operation. Collection of field survey/ traverse information for proposed cutblocks & roads. Riparian classification and management zone delineation. Cutblock & road planning and layout. Collection of other field data such as bark beetle information, timber appraisal information, ecological information. All training 
provided.
