Electrical Supervisor (Maintenance & Trades)

Our client is known for being one of the worlds largest integrated and widely established forest products companies.  Currently, we are seeking an Electrical Supervisor who is looking for that next career step or move, and likely that is you! 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a passionate member of the maintenance department; the Electrical Supervisor leads, coaches and trains electrical team members.   All Supervisors are expected to actively engage team members while building effective working relationships with all employees to meet costs, budgets and productions targets in a safe manner always.  

• Effectively manage direct reports within a team environment
• Experience in PLC programming and trouble shooting
• Knowledge or experience working with CMMS is an asset
• Continuous improvement or Lean training preferred
• Readily adapts to changing internal and external business conditions

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Certified Red Seal Millwright (Interprovincial ticket)
• Previous experience in a heavy industrial manufacturing (lumber, plywood, veneer, OSB)
• 2+ years' as an electrical supervisor
• Must be willing to work various shifts including nights
