Our Dallas, Texas Division currently has an exciting career opportunity for a:

DIVISIONAL ACCOUNTING MANAGER

We are currently recruiting for an individual looking for their next career opportunity in Accounting. This role will be an intricate part of the divisional management team reporting to the General Manager. As part of the management team, this individual will need to demonstrate a high level of integrity, internal and external customer focus and a strong work ethic to provide accurate and detailed results. Primary duty will be to manage various accounting processes for the division to include accurate and timely processing of daily general accounting functions, preparation/review of journal entries and general ledger account reconciliations.

In addition, this role will be responsible for the following: 

• Process all invoicing including Accounts Payable invoices and maintenance of customer records
• Responsible for all credit management and cash receipts
• Maintain accurate inventory and cost records
• Manage all documentation related to customer/supplier transactions
• Liaison to Corporate Accounting and Human Resources 

We require a minimum of five (5) years general accounting experience within a distribution, manufacturing or service based delivery/shipping industry. A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or similar discipline is preferred. In addition, this key individual must possess initiative, quick and accurate decision making ability and be naturally inquisitive in discovery of the correct solution to an issue or problem.
