Chief Engineer (2nd Class)/Maintenance Planner

Columbia Forest Products is a leading North American manufacturer of hardwood plywood and veneer. Our veneer mill, just outside of Rutherglen, is located 35 km east of North Bay, Ontario.

We are accepting resumes for a Chief Engineer / Maintenance Planner. Responsibilities will include supervision of our four person team of 3rd Class Engineers, and overseeing operation of the wood-fired boiler. This position will also include working in conjunction with the Maintenance Supervisor to provide mill maintenance support.

A 2nd Class ticket with with the TSSA is mandatory. Supervisory experience and/or experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset. This is a salaried position, with healthcare benefits and a Gainshare bonus plan.
