Edgewood Forest Products Inc. based in Carrot River, SK is a forest products company that produces high quality stud lumber for the North American housing and construction markets.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, we currently seek a Business Analyst/Accountant to join our administration department.

The incumbent will play a critical role in analyzing and reporting daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly plant performance metrics to support our operations team as well as performing frequent business scenario analyses.  In addition, this role will also support accounting functions related to a centralized treasury at our parent company, C&C Resources Inc. 

Education: University Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Experience: 1-2 Years

The applicant must possess the following skills:  be a team player, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, show leadership qualities, be extremely well organized, and must have excellent computer skills with an aptitude for data management in Microsoft Excel. 

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelors Degree in Commerce or equivalent, with some accounting prowess.  Having direct experience with Great Plains accounting software and experience in the forest products manufacturing sector will be an added benefit.
