ABOUT THE ROLE

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Support Technology Solution Development and Integration across the SDLC including requirements, functional specs, design, custom development, integration, testing, and deployment
  • Participate in or lead the development of deliverable content in web and mobile based applications
  • Manage the day to day application integration needs and improving their efficiency so that they provide additional support to business tools
  • Anticipate client needs and formulate solutions to client issues
  • Review all deliverables for accuracy and quality
  • Manage project and task supporting documentation both team and end user facing
  • Provide support services to our offices across North America
  • Contribute to new business and proposal development

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of programming or other relevant industry experience
  • Perform project tasks independently; confidently and with a high level of integrity and trust
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment
  • Proven experience with prioritizing workloads to meet deadlines and work objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, succinctly, and in a manner, that appeals to a wide audience both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet research tools
  • Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, other)
  • Experience with implementing custom systems integration projects in one or more phases of the SDLC
  • Experience working with business users to gather and document requirements
  • Ability to translate requirements into design specifications and experience in developing functional design documents
  • Ability to develop end user guides and training documentation for a variety of applications
  • Experience writing complex queries using MS SQL
  • Experience developing applications using Microsoft C#, ASP.net/MVC/Razor and Microsoft IIS 6 or greater
  • Knowledgeable in software quality concepts such as documenting source code and software language specific code quality best practices
  • Experience with a BI platform like Tableau (creating or editing workbooks) or CRM tools (i.e. Salesforce) considered an asset
  • Ability to easily learn new concepts and are motivated to continue learning independently or in a team setting
